pelisshh I need someone to guide me and give me some advice on healthy diets .

you know that I was getting fat and bigger . my weight's now make me scared . I have a lot of fat and my thighs bigger . I was like a giant right now ! Oh pity on me . I must do some activity outdoor and indoor . but why ? I am so lazy to do that . brahhhhh
